Frequently asked questions

How much does AutPass cost?

The base is free. There is a fee on the subscriptions you collect, and the modules (loyalty card, customer tab, marketing) have a monthly fee you only pay if you turn them on. The details are on the pricing page.

How do I get the money?

Payments run through Stripe, into your connected account: the net amount arrives on the 1st of each month, with fees and costs shown payment by payment.

Do I need special equipment?

No. The wash starts with the 4 digit code at the till. Integration with automatic tills is prepared, not required.

How do customers subscribe?

From your storefront page or the QR code by the till: they pick a plan and pay from their phone. You can also sign them up yourself at the till.

I have more than one site

You run them from a single account, each with its own storefront, plans and opening hours.
